Dear all,


Many thanks for your support in this joint action, in signing the open
letter and drafting complaints!

In order to coordinate, here are some information about the launching
tomorrow:


1. Broadcasting the letter (press-release + RT + dedicated website)

The final open letter is here:

We have 60 signatories!
We will send you the letter with a nice layout in the morning.
It will be sent on Monday, June 25th to the European Commission at 11 am
GMT (9:00 am UTC).
Please feel free to translate it in your language and broadcast it too
(but not before that time, please!)


We have written a press-release to introduce the global action to the
public and explain how we chose to proceed, you can find it here:

Please feel free to use it and adapt it (if you didn't draft a complaint
for instance). You can also write a different one!

We have prepared a short video for a tweet and also a dedicated website:

It would be great if you could retweet it and/or broadcast it on your
own media from 11 am GMT onwards!

As for now this dedicated web site is only available in English and
French, but we would be very happy to add other translations if some of
are up to work on this. It is rather short, please let us know!


If you are able to, you can also get in touch with journalists to let
them know about this action.


2. Complaints

For those who drafted a complaint, you just have to send your document
by email to the European Commission: or

Accordingly, you can send them from 11 am GMT (9:00 am UTC) onwards.

There are complaints in 11 countries:

Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland,
Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

For those who have written those complaints, would you mind sending it
to us?
We would like to gather them on the dedicated website so that citizens
from different Member States can view them. This way, as we state in the
press-release, we would like to encourage citizens to file also their
own complaint to the Commission.
